- Orders: Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Ababeel Perfumes reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, technical errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Pricing: Prices may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- Product Issues: Customers should check their order upon delivery and report any damaged, leaking, defective, missing or incorrect product within 7 days. An unboxing video may be required for verification.
- Refunds & Returns: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained. Opened or used perfumes and attars are generally not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind or fragrance preference.
- Perfume Pump Issues: For pump or spray issues reported after 7 days, no refund will be provided. Service or assistance may be offered subject to verification. Shipping charges for sending the product to us will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, customers may have the pump repaired by a local vendor at their own cost.
- Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our Cancellation Policy. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- Allergies & Product Use: Perfumes and attars contain fragrance ingredients that may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. Customers are responsible for checking their own sensitivities or allergies before use. Ababeel Perfumes shall not be responsible for allergic reactions, irritation or sensitivity caused by the use of our products.
- Safe Application: For safety and better fragrance performance, we recommend applying perfume or attar on clothing rather than directly on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes, face, broken or irritated skin. Customers should discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
- Offers: Discounts, promotional offers and free products are subject to availability and applicable promotional terms.
- Legal: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Ababeel Perfumes reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when required.
